Okay, so Tim's skateboard finally arrived, and he still has the one he borrowed from his friend, as a result, Aya has been getting into skating! It's pretty rad on a nice, hot, sunny day to all go up to the university. It's a good mile and a half, maybe more but the bike-lanes are pretty smooth, and its generally a good time.

^ Hahaha, some of the kids from our apartment block using a board as a pirate ship. Western skateboards are a super rarity around here, so they were getting a pretty big kick out of it.
^ Started skating up and noticed a few consecutive abandoned shop-fronts. No doubt evicted by Mr China to make was for some sort of government building. :)
^ This girl looked super chilled out on the back of the scooter. Not sure how safe it is, but... whatever. :)

^ Oh, most crossing in China have timers for both pedestrians and drivers that let you know when the lights will change. Pretty cool I think.
^ One of the many police headquarters around town. Yeah... as stated, police here don't do jack, but they have a load of shiny HQ's and a load of shiny cars.

^ Skating around the university, saw some people doing fan-dancing (im sure there's a propper name) outside the university stadium. Apparently it was a P.E. class. Haha, people do all sorts for P.E. From Ping-pong to Tai-chi!
^ Most people at the university play basketball. There's a gazillion basketball courts, and a gazillion-jillion people on them. Lens wasn't wide enough to catch them all, but you get the idea.
^ A random shot of inside the university campus. These particular buildings are dorms. It's just super surreal walking around the university campus... a whole city inhabited by mostly under-20s.
^ The good man, Sir Newton doing his apple-holding thing outside the library. There are about 50 statues throughout the campus of various peeps. Maybe I should snap them all.
